Born in Chandi Chopra village, Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, Chahat was brought up there. Her father, Mani Pandey, died when Chahat was very young. Her mother’s name is Bhavana Pandey. Chahat completed her primary education from the school in her village, Chandi Chopra. She then completed her 10th grade from Adarsh School, Jabalpur Naka and 12th grade from JPB School in Damoh district.
To advance in her career, she took acting training with Balaji Group in Indore and then moved to Mumbai to pursue her career further.
